1 Choose good quality thermal oil.

2 The surface load of electric heating pipe should meet the recommend value.

3 Select a pump with a large flow rate. Fast flow rate can reduce the possibility that the local temperature of thermal oil is too high.

4 When the thermal oil heater stops working, we should drop oil temperature to the room temperature state. Because the surface temperature of heating pipe is high while thermal oil in the pipe stops flowing. This will cause the local temperature of thermal oil is too high and produce carbon deposition.
